地塞米松液缓解牙根管治疗期间疼痛的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察地塞米松液用于牙根管内封药对缓解根管治疗期疼痛的效果.方法 选择180例根尖周病和慢性根尖周病急性发作病例随机分为观察组（地塞米松组）和对照组（甲醛甲酚组）,观察封药1周的临床疗效.结果 治疗组患者根管封药后第1～3天疼痛缓解率明显高于对照组,治疗显效率也明显高于对照组（64.44%vs 35.56%）,差异均有统计学意义.结论 地塞米松液应用于根管内封药能有效缓解根管治疗过程中的疼痛.Objective To explore the influence of the intracanal medication and the prophylaxis effect with dexamathasone during the canal treatment. Metheds 180 patients with acute or chronic apicitis were randomly divided into two groups（dexamathsone group and fc group ）.At the first week after intracannal mediation, the prophylaxis effect were observed and evaluated. Rusults The effective rate of intracanal mediation with dexamathsone was 66.44 %. The two groups have significantly difference. Conclusion Intracanal mediation with dexamathasone can effectively prevent from the pain before and after root treatment.
