摘 要:通过灌胃和自由饮用两种方式给予小鼠以不同浓度的金川保健啤酒,通过测定室温常压下小鼠耐缺氧的存活时间来反映金川保健啤酒对小鼠耐缺氧能力的影响。结果:50%浓度啤酒组小鼠耐缺氧存活时间高于对照组和100%浓度啤酒组(0.01<P<0.05),差别有统计学意义,对照组与100%浓度啤酒组之间差别没有显著性(P>0.05)。结论:饮用适量的金川保健啤酒能够提高小鼠的耐缺氧能力。To explore the effect of Jinchuan health maintenance beer on tolerance hypoxia capacity in mice. The mice were observed by ordinary temperature and pressure hypoxia to measure the survival time and endurance time after being given different concentration beer by intragastric administration and free drinking. Therefore, we can discover the effect of Jinchuan health maintenance beer on tolerance hypoxia capacity in mice.The survival time and endurance time in fifty percent concentration beer groups increased significantly than those of the hundred percent concentration beer group (0.01〈P〈0.05),but control groups comparing with the latter was no marked difference (P〉0.05). If we can drink sufficient quantum beer, the Jinchuan health maintenance beer has anti-hypoxia capacity in mice.
