摘　　要：二剂量管碟法是一种准确性高的检测抗生素效价的方法,确定了二剂量管碟法检测纳他霉素效价工艺,并运用计算机程序进行计算,简化了数据处理;在此基础上,研究了影响纳他霉素效价的主要影响因素pH、温度、光照和金属离子及规律。The two dosage of cup-plate method is used to determine titre of antibiotics with high accuracy. This paper studied this method to determine titre of natamycin. A computer program was designed to calculate titre of natamycin, which maked the data processing simply. On the basis of titre determination of natamycin, this paper studied effects of many factors such as pH, temperature, light and metal ion on titre of natamycin.
