摘 要:研究了柠檬酸铁对两株盐生杜氏藻Dunaliella salina OUN04和D.salina OUN09生长和色素积累的影响,结果表明,D.salina OUN04生长最适的Fe浓度为0.05mmol/L,细胞密度达111.5×104cell/mL,0.25mmol/LFe组最低(70×104cell/mL);最大β-胡萝卜素含量(83.2mg/g)出现在0.25mmol/LFe浓度组中;Fe浓度为0.25mmol/L时有最大的叶绿素a含量(98.4mg/g);建立了杜氏藻对Fe吸收的动力学方程。D.salina OUN09生长最适的Fe浓度为0.05mmol/L(密度131×104cell/mL),最大β-胡萝卜素含量为130.2mg/g(0.05mmol/LFe组),对照组仅为70.4mg/g。The effects of citric acid iron on the growth and biosynthesis of pigment of two strains of Dunaliella salina were investigated. The results indicated that for D.salina OUN04, the maximum cell density of 111.5 × 10^4 cell/mL was detected in 0.05 mmol/L iron group, followed by 0.01 mmol/L iron group. The 0.25 mmol/L iron group had the minimum cell density of 70 × 10^4 cell/mL in all test group, suggesting that the growth of D.salina was inhibited by high iron content. The highest β -carotene content of 83.2 mg/g was observed in 0.25 mmol/L iron group. In the first 1 d-3 d, the absorption rate of iron was fast in 4 d-7 d, then declined in the last 3 d-4 d. For D. salina OUN09, the maximum cell density of 131 × 10^4 cell/mL was observed in 0.05 mmol/L iron group and the 0.25 mmol/L iron group had the minimum cell density of 102.3 × 10^4 cell/mL. The maximum β -carotene content of 130.2 mg/g was found in 0.05 mmol/L iron group and that of 70.4 mg/g in the control group.
