摘 要:提高油菜种子含油量,选育高油分品种是油菜生产和科技发展的方向,贵州农学院油料研究室的研究表明:含油量的变异远小于种子产量的变异;于代尤其是F1代与母本会油量至高度正相关;黄籽油菜比黑籽含油正高;同时育成了“黄白一号”“黄油89-4“贵油Dhy”等高含油量品种(系)。选育油菜高含油量品种的主要途径是:甘兰型油菜在杂交育种中要选用高含油量的亲本,尤其是母本;白菜型油菜可进行正向混合选择;在选择过程用黄将作指示性状进行连续选择。Oil-content variation and its affecting factors,and breeding strategies for high oil-content were discussed. Theresults showed that the uariation of oil-content was much less than that of seed yield;that the oil content in the seedsof the progeny was more related to the mother stock.and the yellow - seedde type had a higher oil-comtent thanblack - seeded ones.The main steategies of high oil-content breeding in developing'Gui-bai No 1'and other new varietise were,firstly,to employ high oil content line as parents especially the mother stock in cross breeding of Brussica napus,secondly,to use mass selection for B. capestris,and lastly to use seed color as an indicator of oil content in selection,andiselection was done for successive generations for all the breeding methods.
