摘　　要：从化学实验教学示范中心建设出发,制定了合理的教学定位及目标.文章论述了实验队伍、管理体制等建设的实践和经验,提出了化学实验教学示范中心今后的建设和发展规划。Based on the idea of constructing demonstration center of chemistry experiment teaching, a proper teaching target is set. This paper discusses the practice and experience in constructing laboratory personnel and management system, and brings about the future plan of the demonstration center.
