摘  要:目的采用多元回归方法建立我国山东地区8—12岁儿童及青少年的个体化头影测量颅颌关系浮动正常值,并探讨其临床应用方法。方法选择山东地区未接受正畸治疗的正常骀儿童和青少年156例。选择在判断矢状方向和垂直方向颅颌关系中最常用的5项X线头影测量指标(SNA,SN—PP,NSBa,SN—MP,SNB),对各测量指标进行多元回归统计分析,建立其个体化头影测量颅颌关系浮动正常值。结果建立了山东地区8~12岁儿童及青少年的个体化头影测量颅颌关系浮动正常值。结论本研究为8~12岁儿童及青少年的早期正畸一矫形治疗提供了一套个体化的头影测量诊断方法。Objective To provide cephalometric floating norms as a means for the evaluation of individual craniofacial patterns in Chinese children and young teenagers. Methods A total of 156 children and young teenagers with normal occlusion were collected in Shandong area, including 76 males and 80 females ranging from 8-12 years. Cephalometric measurements of SNA, SN-PP, NSBa, SN-MP, SNB were conducted and analyzed by multiple regression. Results All correlations between the five measurements were significant and SNB had the best correlation with the others. Bivariate linear regression equations were established with SNB as the independent variable. Cephalometric floating norms as a means to evaluate the craniofacial patterns in Chinese children and young teenagers were established. Conclusion The use of these cephalometric floating norms may be helpful for diagnosis in orthodontic-orthopedic treatment during the child or teenager periods.
