交替半身照射联合R-CHOP方案治疗弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤3例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:观察交替半身照射联合利妥昔单抗(美罗华)治疗对弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤(DLBCL)的影响。方法:将3例DLBCL患者采用美罗华配合CHOP方案以及交替半身照射治疗,评价患者的近期疗效、生活质量、毒副反应。结果:治疗后患者近期疗效有上升趋势,无明显毒副反应。结论:交替半身照射联合美罗华治疗弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤有明显的增效、减毒及改善患者生活质量的作用。Objective：To observe the near future curative effect and quality of life of patients with diffuse large B cell lymphoma （DLBCL） treated with alternate half-body irradiation combined with R-CHOP. Methods：The near future curative effect, quality of life and adverse reaction of three patients with DLBCL treated with alternate half-body irradiation combined with R-CHOP were evaluated. Results：The near future curative effect of patient has upgrade tendency and there was no obviously adverse reaction. Conclusion：The project of alternate half-body irradiation combined with R-CHOP to treat DLBCL has effect on apparente synergia and attenuation and could improve the patient＇s quality of life.
