摘　　要：目的研究骨桥蛋白(OPN)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中的表达。方法应用组织芯片免疫组织化学方法检测226例肺癌组织(无淋巴结转移116例,淋巴结转移110例)和25例正常肺组织中OPN的表达,并进行比较分析。结果226例肺癌组织中OPN表达阳性84例(37.2%),其中51例为有淋巴结转移的肺癌组织,33例为无淋巴结转移的肺癌组织;正常肺组织中无OPN表达。结论OPN在有淋巴结转移的NSCLC组织中表达增高,提示其在NSCLC的转移中起重要作用。Objective To investigate the expression of osteopontin（OPN） in non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC）. Methods The expression of OPN was detected by tissue microarray immunohistochemistry in tissues of 226 patients with NSCLC （ n = 116, without lymph node metastasis; n = 110, with lymph node metastasis） and normal-appearing bronchial epithelial and pulmonary tissues of 25 normal controls. Results The expression of OPN was detected in tissues of 84 patients with NSCLC（37.2% ） , 51 with lymph node metastasis and 33 without lymph node metastasis. No expression of OPN was detected in the normal controls. Conclusion The expression of OPN was increased in the tissues of NSCLC with lymph node metastasis, which may play an important role in the metastasis of NSCLC.
