摘　　要：目的评价“2008年奥运会对北京城市健康环境影响评估指标体系”的应用情况。方法比较各指标数据的历年变化率与变化趋势,并根据所建立指标体系的总评分,初步评估2008年奥运会对主办城市北京市健康环境的影响(2001～2004年)。结果各指标的评分都表现为2008年奥运会筹办阶段变化幅度与速率明显高于申办阶段,申办阶段变化幅度与速率明显高于申办前阶段。2001～2004年北京市健康环境状况总评分的时间动态数列环比均大于1,年均递增速度为8.41%。结论使用该指标体系评估奥运会对主办城市健康环境的影响是有效的和适宜的。2008年奥运会大大改善了北京市的健康环境。Objective To study the application of an indicator system in evaluating the impact of 2008 Olympic Games on healthy environment in Beijing. Methods Changing rate and trend of varied indicators during the few past years were compared. The influence of 2008 Olympic Games on healthy environment in Beijing was preliminarily evaluated with the established indicator system, based on the data collected from 2001 to 2004. Results The magnitude and speed of changes in healthy environment indicators during the period of preparing 2008 Olympic Games were more and faster than those during the bidding period. And, the magnitude and speed of changes in healthy environment indicators during bidding period were more and faster than those before it. Chain index of overall scores for healthy environment indicators in Beijing during 2001 to 2004 was more than unity, with an annual increase of 8.41 percent. Conclusion Healthy environment in Beijing has been improved remarkably through preparing 2008 Olympic Games. It is effective and adequate to use such an indicator system for evaluating the impact of Olympic Games on healthy circumstances in hosting city.
