摘 要:目的探索基于Mimics医学图像处理系统的CT法快速建模新思路,建立几何相似性好、可灵活组装、含微植体的上颌骨三维有限元模型。方法以牙列完整的成人上颌骨为标本,作螺旋CT扫描后将图像传输至Mimics系统进行三维重建,再运用Abaqus对三维模型进行网格划分后建立有限元模型。结果获得几何相似性好、可拆卸的三维有限元模型;探索出一条基于Mimics的生物力学模型快速建模新方法。结论应用高精度螺旋CT成像、Mimics和Abaqus相结合的方法建立含微植体的上颌骨三维有限元模型是切实有效和可行的。Mimics系统有助于快速建模及提高模型的几何相似性。Objective To explore a new method to construct the three-dimensional finite element model of microimplant-maxilla using Materialise's interactive medical image control system(Mimics). Methods The maxilla with all teeth was scanned with Spiral CT and the images were transferred into the Mimics 9.0 software to obtain the threedimensional images. The Abaqns 6.5 software was used to mesh the three-dimensional model and to astablish the finite dement model. Results A detachable three-dimensional finite element model of micro-implant-maxilla based on Mimics was constructed rapidly, which can be flexibly re-assembled. Condnsion The method of constructing the three-dimensional finite dement model of micro-implant-maxilla is available and effective. The geometrical analogy of the model was greatly improved by using the Mimics system.
