经皮椎体成形术的介入治疗与临床护理

摘　　要：目的:探讨经皮椎体成形术(Percutaneous vertebroplasty,PVP)治疗脊椎肿瘤及骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的围手术期护理。方法:我院30例患者在“C”型臂X线机透视下接受了PVP术。术前做好准备;术中严密监测灌注剂在注射过程中的渗漏现象,密切观察生命体征、血氧饱和度及患者肢体的活动情况;术后严密观察并发症并指导患者的康复训练。结果:所有患者在术后6h^2天内疼痛缓解,27例住院患者出院时均已恢复行走,3例门诊患者观察6h后也可自行行走。有2例患者术后出现灌注剂渗漏,无神经受压表现。结论:PVP治疗椎体压缩性骨折具有创伤小、疗效显著、易于操作等特点。加强护理可提高疗效、预防并减少并发症的发生。Objective： To study the perioperation nursing of patients with vertebral body compression fracture from tumor or osteoporosis treated with percutaneous vertebroplasty（PVP）.Methods：Thirty patients received PVP procedure under DSA machine were studied. All patients were carefully prepared before operation, and during the procedure more attention was paid to preventing the filling agent from leakage, monitoring the patients vital signs, saturation of blood oxygen and limb movement ability.After operation, the patients were observed for complications and directed for rehabilitation training.Results： All the patients were relieved of pain from six hours to two days after the procedure and recovered to walk. Two patients undergone filling agent leakage, but neither had nerve compression manifestations. Conclusion：PVP procedure is a therapy with small insult,good effect and easy performance for patients with vertebral body compression fracture. Careful nursing can help to elevate the therapeutic effect and decrease the complications.
