摘  要:目的探讨对氧磷酶2(paraoxonase 2,PON2)基因多态性与脑出血(intracerebral hemorrhage,ICH)的关系。方法用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性分析法(PCR-RFLP)探查PON2基因S311C多态性在脑出血组和对照组的基因频率。结果中国湖南人存在PON2 S311C基因多态性,S/C0.727/0.273;脑出血组患者PON2基因的基因型及等位基因频率与对照组比较均没有显著差异(P>0.05);脑出血组内各基因型及等位基因频率的血糖、血脂水平比较均未发现有显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论PON2基因第311位密码子的多态性与脑出血无关。Objective To investigation the association between the S311C polymorphism of paraonase2 (PON2) gene and intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) in Hunan Chinese. Methods A case-control study of 270 Chinese subjects (including 150 intracerebral hemorrhage patients and 120 health persons) was performed. Genotype frequencies of S311C polymorphism were studied by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) analysis with Ddel digestion. Results S311C polymorphism of PON2 gene was detected in Chinese with the SC allele frequencies 0. 727 and 0. 273. There was no significant difference in genotype and allele frequency of paraoxonase2 gene between ICH group and control. Conclusions These re- suits suggest that S311C polymorphism of PON2 gene is not associated with ICH in Hunan Chinese population.
