胆囊腺癌中原癌基因C-erbB-2产物的表达及意义

摘　　要：本文应用抗原癌基因C-erbB-2蛋白产物的抗体,检测38例胆囊腺癌。结果发现,相当数量的胆管腺癌有C-erbB-2过度表达,提示该肿瘤有C-erbB-2基因的扩增。阳性产物定位于细胞膜。C-erbB-2产物的表达与肿瘤转移呈正相关。38 Patients with adenocarcinoma of the gallbladder were tested with the antibodies a-gainst the protain products of proto-oncogene C-erbB-2. The resuts showed an overexpres-sion of C-erbB-2 in the considerable number of patients with adenocarcinoma of biliary duct and suggested the amplification of C-erbB-2 genes in the tumors. The positive products were located in the membrane. There was a positive correlation between the expression of C-erbB-2 products and tumor metastasis.
