图像分析技术测定AgNORs对儿童NHL预后的意义

摘　　要：用图像分析仪测定33例儿童石蜡包埋组织的AgNORs参数（数量和面积），探讨AgNORs参数与儿童NHL生存期的关系及临床工作分类与AgNORs参数的关系。结果显示：1）生存与AgNORs参数显著相关。生存＜1年和＞1年，AgNORs参数差异极显著（P＜0．01）。AgNORs数量多、面积大，生存时间短，反之亦然。2）年龄、工作分类与AgNORs显著相关。小、中年龄段组及低度恶性组的AgNORs均值数小，大年龄段组及高度恶性组的AgNORs均值数大。3）年龄、工作分类与生存显著相关。小、中年龄段组1年生存率明显好于大年龄段组；低度恶性组1年生存率明显好于高度恶性组。AgNORs可作为判断儿童NHL预后的一个新指标。The parameters(number and area)of argyrophilic protein in nucleolar organizer regions (AgNORs) in paraffin sections of 33 children with non-Hodgkin's lymphornas were studied by means of image analysis system. There is distinct relationship between the survival and the parameters of AgNORs. The more the number and the larger the area of AgNORs are,the shorter the survival is,and vice versa. There is obvious association in between age and classification according to the working formulation and the parameter of AgNORs. The mean value of AgNORs in younger and middle age groups was small and that in older age group it Was large. The value of AgNORs in low malignant grade lymphomas was small as compared with that of the high grade malignant lymphomas. The 1 year survival rate of younger and middle age group was significantly higher than that of the older age group. The 1-year survival rate of the low grade malignant lymphomas was obviously higher than that of the high grade malignant lymphomas. AgNORs may serve as a new prognostic indicator in non-Hodgkin's lymphomas.
