血清CA_(242)测定的临床应用评价

摘　　要：报告EIA法测定血清CA242的临床意义。同时对CA242与CEA诊断肿瘤的关系作了讨论。结果表明：CA242与CEA在肿瘤诊断的相关性不完全一致，作为腺癌的单项指标CA242优于CEA，二者合用可提高腺癌的诊断率（肺腺癌76％；直肠腺癌79％；胰腺癌100％；食管或乳腺癌62％）。CA242可作为肿瘤组织学类型及病程估计。93树参考人群CA242结果为10．2±2．7U／ml；肿瘤与非肿瘤组差别显著（P＜0.01），本文资料说明：CA242是腺癌的良好标志，特别提示是胰腺癌的特异指标。Determination of CA242 in serum was made on cancer patients and compared with that CEA.The results showed that in adenocarcinomas the diagnostic accuracy rate of CA242 was higher, and that it could be enhanced by combining with CEA (lung adenocarcinoma 76%, rectum 79%, pancreas 100%, esophagus and breast 62%).CA242 determination was helpful in the differential diagnosis between adenocarcinoma and carcinomas of other histological types, the values of CA242 determination in 167 cases of cancer patients and 93 healthy blood donors were significantly different (P<0. 01). These data suggest that CA242 could be used as a diagnostic tumor marker for adenocarcinomas especially pancreatit adenocarcinbma.
