炮弹系列用钢的转炉工艺研究

摘　　要：介绍了某钢厂采用顶底复吹转炉冶炼工艺研制炮弹系列用钢的生产工艺与技术。研制结果表明:采用转炉工艺研制的炮弹系列用钢的化学成分、低倍组织、非金属夹杂物与力学性能达到了弹体材料的要求;采用消除应力退火工艺可消除应力裂纹并降低白点倾向。转炉工艺流程能够实现炮弹系列用钢的工业化生产。The production process and technology for developing a series of shot steels by top and bottom combined blown BOF were presented. The results show that chemical composition, macrostructure, nonmetallic inclusion and mechanical property of the steels can achieve the request for shot-body materials; the stress cracks can be eliminated and the white spot tendency can be reduced by annealing for elimination of stress. The BOF process can realize a commercial production of a series of shot steel.
