摘  要:通过盆栽大方线辣椒,研究了土壤水分含量与施氮量对辣椒果实产量和品质的影响。结果表明,土壤水分含量和施氮量对产量影响显著,其中土壤水分下限为60%0、.2 g/kg干土产量最高;同一土壤水分含量,施氮能显著增加辣椒素、Vc、干物质、可溶性糖等物质含量,但施氮过多辣椒素、Vc含量下降;同一施氮量,土壤水分含量下降辣椒素、Vc含量显著增加。Effect of nitrogen fertilizer rate and soil water content on yiled and quality of hot pepper (Capsicum annuum) was studied. The experiment results showed that there was significent effect of nitrogen fertilizer rate and soil water content on yield. When soil water was 60% Q,0.2 g/kg dry soil was the highest yiled. Capsaicin content, vitamin c content, dry matter content, soluble sugar content were increased significently with the increasing of nitrogen fertilizer rate under the same soil water content,but capsaicin content and vitamin ccontent were declined with too much nitrogen fertilizer rate. Capsaicin content and vitamin c were increased with decline of soil water content under the same niterogen fertilizer rate.
