摘  要:目的:探讨紫菜多糖对小鼠免疫功能的刺激作用。方法:以不同浓度的紫菜多糖及生理盐水向BALB/C小鼠腹腔连续注射7d后,通过ELISA技术及乳酸脱氢酶释放法分别检测小鼠的脾细胞分泌γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)水平及自然杀伤细胞(NK细胞)杀伤活性。结果:0.15g·kg-1紫菜多糖注射组小鼠的脾细胞分泌IFN-γ水平及NK细胞杀伤活性高于生理盐水对照组(P<0.05)。结论:适宜浓度的紫菜多糖具有增强小鼠免疫功能的效应。Objective:To investigate the immune-reinforcing effect of Porphyra polysaccharide in mice. Methods: After intraperitoneal injection of different concentratons of Porphyra polysacchaxide or normal saline for 7 days, the levels of interferon-γ (IFN-γ) produced by spleen cells and the activity of natural killer (NK)cells in BALB/C mice were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and lactic dehydrogenase release reaction, respectively. Results: The levels of IFN-γ produced by spleen cells and the activity of NK cells in mice injected with 0.15 g/kg of Porphyra polysaccharide were higher than those in mice injected with normal saline. Conclusion: Appropriate concentration of Porphyra polysaccharide can reinforce immune function in mice.
