摘　　要：合成乙酰胺基丙二酸二乙酯系一经典反应，实际收率常常远低于文献值．在经典合成法的基础上，作者探索出一新的合成操作方案，由此得到了稳定的、高于文献收率的目标产物，同时消除了不安全因素．The synthesis of diethyl acetamidomalonate from diethyl malonate is a classical reaction,whose total yield is usually much lower than that recorded in the literature.On the basis of the classical method,a new method is introduced,which helps to obtain a stable and increased yield(up to 85%),and to remove the unsafe factors as well,the method proves to be superior to the classical one.
