摘　　要：提出并研究了实现钢板除锈等级计算机自动判别的基本原理。通过ＣＣＤ摄像器件取得除锈后钢板表面的图像信息，将图素具有的灰度及颜色数值化，进行影像的分割、图形的对比、纹理及结构上的分析，并建立了数学模型，以此判定除锈等级．这种方法为大型钢质贮罐和造船业的除锈等级检测提供了有益的途径。ln this paper, the basic principle of automatic computer recognition of derusting grade of steel plate is proposed and studied, First, image information of derusted steel plate is taken by CCD picture pick -up device, then, shade of grey and oolor are digitized, images are carved up and contrasted, and the texture and structure are analysed. Thus the mathematicalmodel is built up, according to which derusting grade of the steel plate can be judged by computer. lt gives available method for detection of derusting grade of shipbuilding and of large - size steel storage tank.
