摘  要:目的:优选超临界CO_2萃取川芎挥发油的最佳工艺条件。方法:以川芎挥发油出油率和阿魏酸的含量为评价指标,采用正交试验优化超临界CO_2萃取川芎挥发油的工艺条件。结果:超临界CO_2萃取川芎油的最佳条件:萃取温度50℃,萃取压力35 MPa,萃取时间2 h,CO_2流量20 L·min^(-1)。结论:该优选提取工艺条件稳定可行。Objective: To optimize the conditions of supercritical fluid extraction for volatile oil of Ligusticum Chuanxiong Hort, Method : Recovery of volatile oil and the content of ferulic acid were used as the index ,the extraction technology for volatile oil of Ligusticum Chuanxiong Hort was optimized by.the orthogonal design. Result: The optimal extraction conditions were temperature 60℃, pressure 35 MPa, time 2 hours, flow rate of CO2 was 20 L·min^-1. Conclusion: The extraction technology was stable and feasible.
