67例下咽恶性肿瘤诊断分析

摘　　要：目的:提高下咽恶性肿瘤的早期诊断。方法:对67例下咽恶性肿瘤的临床资料和诊断情况进行回顾性分析。结果:下咽恶性肿瘤症状出现较晚,其咽部不适、咽痛、痰中带血、颈部肿块等症状为非特异性,容易误诊为其他炎症性疾病。结论:对45-70岁患者有上诉症状者,须仔细检查咽部,尤其是那些当作慢性炎症多次治疗无效者。Objective： To improve the early diagnosis in hypopnaryngeal malighant tumor. Methods： Chinical data and diagnosis in 67 cases of hypopharyngeal malignant tumors were retrospectively analyzed. Results： The symptoms of hypoharyngeal malignqnt tumor including nonspecific pharyngeal complaint, pharyngalgia, hemoptysis and neck mass showed lately, which was easily misdiagnosed as other inflammatory diseases. Conclusion：The patients with aboved symptoms aged between 45 and 70 years should perform careful examination in pharynx, specially for those with ineffective therapy on diagnosed chronic inflammation.
