摘　　要：目的:检测大肠癌组织中Sufvivin和β-catenin的表达情况,并探讨二者之间的相关性。方法:采用免疫组化SP法分别检测survivin和β-catenin在65例大肠癌及20例正常大肠组织中的表达情况。结果:survivin主要定位于大肠癌细胞胞浆,正常大肠组织中survinin不表达;正常大肠粘膜β-catenin表达于腺上皮细胞膜,而细胞核无阳性表达,大肠癌细胞膜表达出现部分减弱或缺失,并出现不同程度胞核和胞浆阳性表达;大肠癌的survivin表达与β-catenin膜表达有显著的负相关性。结论:β-catenin异位过表达可能使survivin水平上调,并表现为正相关,大肠癌中survivin的表达与β-catenin的异位表达密切相关,协同抑制细胞的凋亡,参与大肠癌的发生发展。Objective： To detect the expression of survivin and β- catenin in colorectal carcinoma and to in vestiga e their correlationship. Methods： In 65 cases of colorectal carcinoma and 20 of normal colorectal tissues, the expression of survivin and β- catenin was detected by immunohis to chemical SP method. Results： The ex pression of survivin was positrve in cytoplasm of colorectal cancer cell and negative in normal colorectal tissues, The expression of β- catenin was positive in cell membrance of glandular epithelium but negative in nucleus in normal colorectal mucous membrance; which was weakened or absent in cell membrance but positive in nucleus and cytoplasm in colorectal carcinoma. The expression of survivin was negatively correlated with β- catenin in colorectal carcinoma, Conclusion： The dustopic overexpression of β - caterin may up - regulate the level of survivin. The expression of survin closely related to β - catenin involves in inhibiting apoptosis and improving the genesis and development of colorectal carcinoma.
