摘　　要：在介绍了张力控制原理的基础上,详细介绍了张力控制应用于造纸机变频传动控制系统中的软件与硬件设计情况。张力控制配合速度控制,有效地解决了成品纸生产的质量状况,提高了系统的精确性和稳定性。Based on the introduction of the principle of tension control, the software and hardware design for the tension control which is used in the converter drive control system of the paper machine is explained in detail. Combining the speed control, the tension control can improve the quality of product, and upgrade the system accuracy and stability.
