摘　　要：对2000～2006年间文献中报道的一些对羰基化合物进行缩酮(醛)类的保护、去保护的主要方法进行了简要的概述.The conditions/reagents for protecting carbonyl groups as acetals, thioacetals and oxothioacetals as well as the corresponding deprotection processes published during the period of 2000-2006 ale briefly surveyed. Some examples of the inter-conversions between the three types of protecting groups ale also given.
