摘　　要：目的:探讨细胞间隙连接蛋白connexin43(Cx43)在BN大鼠视网膜中的分布特点。方法:以雄性挪威棕色大鼠(Brown Norway)为研究对象,应用免疫组化方法观察Cx43在BN大鼠视网膜中的分布特点。结果:正常视网膜内界膜,视神经纤维层以及神经节细胞层明显表达,神经节细胞表达的主要位置是细胞质和细胞膜,色素上皮细胞全层表达,内外颗粒层及内外层状层无表达。结论:正常视网膜的Cx43主要分布在内界膜,神经纤维层,视网膜节细胞层和视网膜色素上皮层。AIM.To investigate the express of the gap junction protein connexin43（Cx43）in the BN rat retina. METHODS： Immunohistochemical distribution of connexin43 （Cx43） in the retina of the BN rats was investigated. RESULTS：In BN rat retina,Cx43 was immunolocalized to internal limiting membrane,nerve fiber layer,ganglion cell layer and pigment epithelium.Cx43 appeared in the form of distinct puncta distributed on ganglion cell. CONCLUSION.The distribution of Cx43 in the normal retina is internal limiting membrane,nerve fiber layer,ganglion cell layer and pigment epithelium
