摘 要:提出基于被测系统实测冲击响应的碰摩故障特征提取方法。以归一化实测冲击响应为基函数对振动信号进行分析,可提取出冲击响应成分。在此基础上,提出针对冲击响应成分的信号分析方法—周期序列变换,该方法可有效识别出是否存在周期性冲击响应和冲击响应出现的周期。考虑到在检测方便性和信号成分简单性上静子振动信号较转子振动信号有诸多优越性,提出同时检测转静子两种振动信号对碰摩故障进行诊断的方法。试验验证结果表明所提出的理论方法和试验技术是可行和高效的。The method of signature extracting of rubbing rotor based on the measured impulse response is proposed. The vibration signal is analyzed by the normalization measured impulse response to extract the impact response of system. At the same time, a new method extracting periodic impulse is proposed based on the measured impulse response, which is defined as period series transform, this method can not only extract the periodic impulse responses, but also calculate the period of the impulse response. In view of the measure facility and simpleness of signal component, the method of measuring the signal of rotor and stator at the same time is put forward. The test shows that these methods are effective.
