摘　　要：设计了一种接触式自动焊缝跟踪传感器。该传感器通过摆动将焊缝位置采集出来,通过计算进行信号分析来判断焊枪是否偏离焊缝位置,以便及时纠正焊枪位置,来保证焊接质量。A tactile sensor welding seam tracing in welding was designed.It could collect the position of the welding seam by oscillation, judge whether the welding torch deviated the welding seam by calculation and analysis ,and correct the welding torch location in time to ensure high quality in welding.
