摘　　要：机理分析法是数学建模常用的基本方法之一。对典型的多人多阶段按序面试问题,图示了其运作机制,设计了简洁的手工计算方法,充分反映了问题的内在机理,对类似数学模型问题具有参考意义。Mechanism analysis is a basic method of mathematical modeling. Its basis is to recognize the inherent rules among the factors of a question or an object and establish the model the variables satisfy. Mechanism analysis is also useful in finding methods and skills for solving models. With the typical question of multi-candidates-multi-periods interview, the paper illustrates the question＇s mechanism analysis with graphs and provides a simple manual calculation method that adequately reflects the internal mechanism of the question and can be employed to solve other questions of this kind.
