摘　　要：目的观察结直肠癌患者是否存在IL-6基因启动子-174G→C位点的多态性。方法采用PCR扩增、限制性内切酶片段长度多态性(RFLP)分析判断46例结直肠患者IL-6启动子-174G→C多态性。结果全组结直肠癌患者IL-6基因启动子-174位点均为GG型。结论本组结直肠癌患者中未发现IL-6基因启动子-174位点的多态性。Objective To detect - 174G→C polymorphism of IL-6 gene promoter in patients with colorectal cancer. Methods - 174G→C polymorphism of IL-6 gene promoter was detected by PCR-RFLP in 49 patients with colorectal cancer, Results - 174G→C polymorphism of IL-6 gene promoter in all the 46 patients with colorectal cancer was - 174G/G genotype, Condusions - 174G→C polymorphism of IL-6 gene promoter was not found in 49 patients with colorectal cancer,
