摘 要:于2006年8~9月在浙江省海洋水产研究所西闪试验场,选取同一种饵料设置4个饲喂频率水平(分别为1次/d、2次/d、3次/d、4次/d),采用静水连续充气养殖系统,在盐度为26.0~27.0、温度为26~30℃的条件下对日本黄姑鱼幼鱼(26.86±1.69g)进行为期40d的生长实验。结果表明:(1)饲喂频率影响日本黄姑鱼的生长是由食物转化率和摄食率的提高共同引起的。(2)日本黄姑鱼的水分含量随饲喂频率的增高而降低,蛋白质含量随饲喂频率的增加,先是显著增高,而后缓慢下降,脂肪含量随饲喂频率的增高而显著增加。(3)日本黄姑鱼的适宜饲喂频率为2次/d。The experiment was conducted at xishan proving ground of Zhejiang Marine Fisheries Research Institute from August to September 2006. The effects of four different feeding frequencies (1,2,3 and 4 times per day) on the growth of Nibea japonica were studied in a 40 d growth trial under the condition of temperature 26-30~C, salinities of 26.0-27.0, to determine the optimum feeding frequency and effects of different feeding frequency on the growth performance of Japanese croaker. An identical diet was given to larval Japanese croaker (26.86±1.69 g) in a aquaculture system. The main result showed that:( 1 )the effect of feeding frequency on the growth of Nibeajaponica. resulted from the enhancement of food conversion efficiency and feeding rate.(2)moisture content of Nibea japonica decreased with feeding frequency, and protein content increased significantly at first, then decreased slowly. However, fat content of Nibea japonica was increased with feeding frequency. (3)the optimal feeding frequency increased with Nibeajaponica' body weight, it was 2 times per day for big Nibeajaponica.
