摘 要:为了将电子束应用于精密构件及热敏感性材料钎焊,以适应复杂形状曲线钎焊缝的要求,采用电子束扫描轨迹编辑及在线调节、钎焊温度实时采集及PID控制器构建真空电子束钎焊温度闭环控制系统.研究表明:本控制方法可实现在焊接过程中电子束按设定轨迹对工件进行扫描加热的同时,对被加热工件温度进行在线检测及实时调节.采用电子束扫描轨迹编辑及在线调节可以适应各种形状曲线钎焊缝、特殊材料及热敏感性材料的钎焊要求;只要适当选取PID参数,采用PID控制器可以对钎焊温度进行有效控制.该方法提高了电子束钎焊温度控制的精确性和适应性,有利于钎焊质量的提高.In order to use electron beam in brazing of precise structures and thermo-sensitive materials, accommodating every kinds of curve brazing seams, a vacuum electron beam brazing temperature closed loop control system was developed using PID controller, electron beam scanning track editing and on-line adjusting technologies, real-time acquisition and handling of brazing temperature. The experiment results showed that, with this control system, while the electron beam scanning and heating the workpiece following predefined track, the brazing jointt temperature could be detected and controlled on line. The electron beam brazing of curve brazing seams with various shapes and thermo-sensitive materials could be realized through this method. With appropriate PID parameters, the brazing temperature could be controlled effectively by PID controller and satisfactory control character could be obtained. The precision and adaptability of the brazing temperature control and brazing quality were enhanced remarkably by this method.
