摘　　要：目的分析骨巨细胞瘤的MRI表现及诊断价值。方法回顾性分析14例骨巨细胞瘤的MRI表现,全部病例经穿刺活检或手术病理证实。结果骨巨细胞瘤发生于股骨远端7例,胫骨近端3例,肱骨远端、股骨近端、胸椎、骶椎各1例。MRI典型表现为多囊融合的囊实性占位,伴出血者可见液-液平面,T1WI稍低、低信号,T2WI稍高信号。结论MRI对骨巨细胞瘤有较高的诊断价值。Objective To analse MRI appearances and diagnostic value of giant cell tumor of bone. Methods MRI features of giant cell tumor of bone proved by pathology in 14 cases were reviewed. Results The lesions located at distal femur in 7 cases,at approximal tibia in 3 cases, at distal humerus,approximal femur, thoracic vertebrae and sacrum in 1 case respectively. The characteristic appearances of M RI were cystic and solid masses, there was fluid - fluid level within tumors in company with bleeding. Tumors were slight low or low signal intensity on T1WI,slight high signal intensity on T2WI . Conclusion MRI is of significant value in diagnosis of bone giant cell tumor.
