摘  要:从梅山钢铁公司连铸结晶器现场的压力和流量检测的需求出发,对压力和流量检测问题进行了研究。首先,根据钢厂液压系统的现场情况,选择几种传感器进行比较;阐述了选择流量传感器应注意的问题;最后提出了解决大量程、高灵敏度问题的设计方案。本文的压力和流量检测方法对其它需要用到流量和压力检测的场合也有重要的参考价值。Pressure and flow measurement is studied with the requirement of the field pressure and flow measurement in the continuous casting mould in Meishan Iron and Steel Corporation Ltd. Firstly, some kinds of pressure sensors chosen are compared. Secondly, some problems for pressure and flow measurement that must be paid more attention to are suggested.Finally, we present a method to solve the conflict between the wide range and the high accuracy. The method prepared has important referring value to other pressure and flow measurement.
