摘  要:提出了运用真空差压检测法对汽车制动主缸气密性性能的检测,采用双通道检测法,即对被测主缸的两个腔分别布置成完全相同的两个通道,分别和两个标准比较源连接,然后由差压传感器测量这两个通道在等效测量时间的压力差,即可间接测算出各回路的气密性指数,从而判断出制动主缸的气密性。Differential pressure method applying on air tightness detection for brake master cylinder of automobile was proposed in this article. Using dual-channel detection, two chamber of a master cylinder were separately fixed up the same form channels. Every channel was connected with a standard pot in order to keep the same pressure. Then the pressure difference value in the two channels was detected by the differential pressure sensor in the equivalent time, thus calculated the air-tightness index of each channel indirectly aud judged the air tightness of the brake master cylinder.
