摘　　要：个人认识论是指对个体知识观的系统总结，主要关注人们对知识本身和求知过程的认识和看法，是认知心理学中一个非常重要的研究领域。文章主要介绍了反省判断模型理论，并对该理论在中小学教育领域内的应用和带来的启示进行了初步探讨．以期能够对我国培养创新型人才的国家发展战略提供有益的借鉴。As a systematically summarizing of individual's belief about knowledge, personal epistemology put the emphasis on the knowledge itself and how people gain it. It is a very important research realm in cognitive psychology. As a well developed theory of personal epistemology, the Reflective Judgment Model is introduced in this article. The application of this theory in secondary and elementary school is also discussed. The authors hope this article can provide some good ideas to the development stratagem of cultivating person with creativity of our country.
