摘　　要：目的总结分析胃神经鞘瘤的临床特点、病理表现及诊治情况。方法结合文献，分析近3年我科收治的4例胃神经鞘瘤病人的临床资料。结果胃神经鞘瘤可有长期上腹部不适、上消化道出血及腹部肿块等表现，确诊靠术后病交检查，辅助检查尤其胃镜下表现特点有助于诊断，瘤体切除是有效的根治方法。结论胃神经鞘瘤缺乏特异的临床表现，术前确诊困难，手术是唯一有效的根治方法。AIM To analyse and summarize the clinical characteristics and treatemnt of Gastric Schwannoma.METHODS The clinical data of 4 patients with Gastric Schwannorna were reviewed and analysed. RESULTS The most common presenting symptoms were as follows：abdominal pain,gastrointestinal bleeding or abdominal mass.The final diagnosis should be depend on pathology.Operation is the most effective therapy. CONCLUSION There is no special clinical manifestation in Gastric Schwannoma. It is difficult to diagnose before operation,and its treatment requires only surgery.
