摘　　要：随着我国高等教育的快速发展,大学毕业生就业问题显得越来越突出。影响大学生就业的关键因素,主要包括我国高等教育的结构特别是高校学科结构、政府的宏观调控政策、社会用人制度以及大学生就业择业观等。从高校学科、专业结构调整,政府宏观调控以完善毕业生就业市场,完善大学生就业指导体系,转变大学生就业观念和社会用人观念,推进“订单式培养”——建立校企合作模式等层面,对解决大学生就业难问题提出具体建议。At present, with the rapid development of China＇s higher education, graduate employment issues become increasingly prominent. The key factors affecting student employment, including in particular the structure of our tertiary education disciplines structure, the government＇s macro-air policy community employment personnel system and university career, disciplines from colleges and universities, professional structural adjustment, the government space to improve the macro-graduate employment market, improve student employment guidance system, the employment of college students and social change concepts, the ＂orders of a＂ school building enterprise cooperation model dimensions, Graduate Employment difficult problem to solve specific recommendations
