摘　　要：根据牛线粒体DNA特异性片段设计出引物,应用PCR-RFLP技术检测出7种生肉和4种加工肉制品中的牛源性成分,并根据线粒体中Cytb保守序列设立内源参照基因检测DNA提取效率。方法简便、快速、适合实验室常规物种检测。This study designed bovine specific primers to detected bovine derived material in 7 raw kinds of animal meat and 4 kinds of beef products. Take a set of universal primers of Cytb gene as an endogenous reference gene to check the quality of template extraction. This method is adapted to commonly identify species in the lab because of its easy and quick.
