摘　　要：Blog是一种正在迅速发展的网络交流技术,倡导思想和知识的共享,是知识管理强大而简单易用的工具。文章简要的介绍了Blog的概念、特点以及Blog的创建方式,就Blog在图书馆知识管理中的应用提出了个人的见解。Blog is a kind of tools that advocates thought and knowledge sharing when network exchange technology is rapidly developing, and is a powerful, simple and brief tool in knowledge management. This paper briefly introduces the Blog concept, characteristic and construction pattern. The author has put forward his opinion in library knowledge management application.
