摘  要:目的:研究D-101大孔吸附树脂分离纯化川芎中阿魏酸及总酚酸的工艺条件及参数。方法:以阿魏酸及总酚酸的吸附容量和洗脱率为考察指标,研究大孔吸附树脂分离纯化的吸附性能和洗脱参数。结果:D-101大孔树脂对阿魏酸的吸附容量为4.93mg·g^(-1),对总酚酸的吸附容量为51.3mg·g^(-1);洗脱率阿魏酸为96.3%,总酚酸为96.7%。终产品中总酚酸的含量可达51.7%。结论:采用本法分离纯化川芎中阿魏酸及川芎总酚酸是可行的。Objective:To optimize the technical parameters of separation and purification of forulic acid and total phenolic acid from Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort by macroporous resins. Methods:Based on absorptive capacity and elution efficiency of forulic and phenolic acids, the conditions to separate and purify forulic acid and total phenolic acid by macroporous resins were optimized. Results:The optimal resin parameters were assumed as absorptive capacity of 4.93 and 51.3 mg·g^-1 for forulic acid and total phenolic acid, respectively, the elution efficiency of 96.3% and 96.7% for forulic acid and total phenolic acid, respectively, and the purity of total phenolic acid of 51.7%. Conclusion:The optimal condition to separate and purify forulic acid and total phenolic acid from Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort by macroporous resin was feasible.
