摘　　要：刑事证据是案件事实的载体。现代刑事证据制度体现了国家权力意志,而使其呈现权力本质以及伦理性需求的制度性特征。从国家权力伦理的视角看,刑事证据制度需注意国家权力伦理成本。Criminal evidence is the body that contains the case truth.Modern criminal evidence system is characteristic of embodying the states＇power so that it is made to express the power＇nature and ethic needs.On viewing the states＇power ethics,criminal evidence system should be emphasized on the ethic cost of power.
