摘　　要：目的:建立测定复方硫酸锌滴眼液中盐酸小檗碱含量的方法。方法:HPLC法,以Hypersil C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)为色谱柱,乙腈-0.05mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液-0.05mol/L庚烷磺酸钠溶液(40:30:30)为流动相,流速1.0ml/min,检测波长为225nm,进样量20μl。结果:盐酸小檗碱测定线性范围为10.01～100.1μg/ml,r=0.99999,平均回收率为100.4%,RSD为0.42%。结论:本方法准确、简便、快捷,可用于复方硫酸锌滴眼液中盐酸小檗碱含量的测定。Objective：To develop an HPLC method for the determination of the Berberine Hydrochloride in Compound Zinc Sulfate Eye Drops. Methods： The chromatographic conditions are listed below： Hypersil C18 （4. 6mm × 250mm, 5um）column was used,and a mobile phase was a combination of acetonitrile-0.05mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate-0. 05mol/L sodium heptanesulfonate （40 ： 30 ： 30）,the flow rate was 1.0ml/min,the detective wavelength was set at 225nm,the injection volume was 20ul. Results：The calibration curve was linear within 10. 01- 100. 1ug/ml,r= 0. 99999. The average recovery was 100. 4 %, RSD was 0. 42 %. Conclusion ：The method was accurate ,simple and rapid. It could be used to determine the Berberine Hydrochloride in Compound Zinc Sulfate Eye Drops.
