摘　　要：目的：建立骨健口服液中阿魏酸的RP-HPLC含量测定方法。方法：采用反相高效液相色谱法，色谱拄：ZORBAX E-clipseXDBC18（150×4．6mm，5μm），流动相：乙腈：0.085％（v／v）磷酸水溶液=15：85，检测波长：314nm，流速：1.0mL·min^-1。结果：阿魏酸在1．0～12．0μg·mL^-1范围内呈良好的线性关系（r=0.9998），三个浓度的平均加样回收率分别为99．1％、100．2％、101，2％，RSD分别为2．2％、1．7％、2．1％。结论：该方法简便、准确，可用于控制骨健口服液制剂的质量。Objective：To establish a method for determination of Ferulic acid in Gujian Oral Solution. Method ：The samples were determined by RP-HPLC on a ZORBAX Eclipse XDB C18 column （150 × 4.6mm, 5μm）. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitril and 0. 085% （v/v） phostrate acid （15 ： 85）;the detection wavelength was at 314 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1. Results：The calibration curves of Ferulic acid was linear in the range of 1.0～12.0μg· mL^-1（r=0. 9998）. The average recovery were 99.1%, 100. 2 %, 101.2 % of three different concentrations,and RSD were 2.2%, 1.7 %, 2.1%, respectively. Conclusion .. The method is simple and accurate,which can be used for the quality control of Gujian Oral Solution.
