摘　　要：文章通过引入“熵权”的概念,提出了高校图书馆读者满意度的熵权模糊综合评判的基本步骤。并通过实例计算与分析,表明熵权模糊综合评判的结果更客观、更科学、更合理。Through the introduction of the concept on ＇ entropy weight＇, the paper proposes the basic step of the entropy weight fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of readers, satisfaction degree in universities library. With the computation and the analysis example, the result of the entropy weight fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is more objective, scientific and reasonable.
