摘  要:在理论分析的基础上设计了直腔结构1.444μm Nd:YAG激光器,并进行了实验研究。获得了1.444μm激光输出,当泵浦能量为55 J时,其最高静态激光输出310 mJ。电-光转换效率为0.56%,斜效率为0.81%。并实现了1.444μm调Q输出,脉冲输出能量18 mJ,脉宽150 ns。A resonator for 1. 444 μm Nd.. YAG laser was designed, and 1. 444 μm laser was obtained, the maximum staticstate output energy was 310 mJ, eleetrie-opties eonversion effieieney was 0.56 % and slope effieieney was 0.81% when the pump energy was 55 J. The 1. 444μm Q-switehed laser was obtained, whose energy was 18 mJ and pulse width was 150 ns when the pump energy was 24 J. The CCD image showed that the energy distribution of the obtained laser was uniform and the divergenee angle was 0.8 mrad.
