摘 要:提出了通过提高全民“无公害”意识,增强科技意识,从栽培场所选择、原料、菌种、工艺、菌渣处理、全程质量监控、专家咨询信息系统建设,这些对最终实现有利于形成生态环境保护的优质、高产、高效的可持续发展的生态鲜菇产业均具有重要的指导意义。Improving the consciousness of "nonpollution" of the whole people and strengthening the consciousress of science and technology was put forward. From cultivation place choice, the raw material, spawn, cultivated craft, the cultivated material residue processing, the whole cultivation quality supervision, the expert consulting with the information system construction, which had an important guide meaning to reallize to be advantageous to become the ecological environmental protection of superior quality, high yield and high efficience of sustainable development in the industry of the fresh ecological fungi with ecological environment.
