乌藤镇痛胶囊的镇痛、抗炎作用及对血流变性的影响

摘　　要：目的研究乌藤镇痛胶囊的镇痛、抗炎作用和对血流变性的影响。方法用热板法、扭体法、尾尖压痛法、K+皮下透入法和福尔马林致痛法研究镇痛作用;大鼠蛋清性关节炎模型研究抗炎作用,血瘀大鼠模型研究对血流变性的影响。结果乌藤镇痛胶囊3个剂量组(1.0,0.4和0.16g·kg-1)能剂量依赖性地提高热板法的小鼠痛阈,显著抑制由冰醋酸引起的小鼠扭体次数,提高尾尖压痛法的痛阈(P<0.05,P<0.01);乌藤镇痛胶囊(0.6,0.24和0.1g·kg-1)能提高电刺激引起的大鼠尾尖痛阈,减轻福尔马林引起的大鼠爪痛,抑制大鼠蛋清关节炎的足跖肿胀(P<0.05,P<0.01);能明显降低血瘀大鼠的全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积、血沉和纤维蛋白原含量(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论乌藤镇痛胶囊有明显的镇痛、抗炎作用,能改善血瘀大鼠的高瘀状态。Objective To study the analgesia, anti-inflammation and blood rheology of Wuteng Analgesic Capsules. Method The analgesic effect was determined by hot plate method, twisting body method, tail flick method and K^＋ penetrating method and formalin tests. The foot-pad swell induced by egg white was used to study anti-inflammation effect. The blood rheology was investigated on the acute blood-stasis model rats. Results The Wuteng Analgesic Capsules in oral dose （1.0, 0. 4, 0.16 g · kg ^-1 } could reduce twist times induced by acetic acid, and could increase nociceptive threshold in the hot plate test（ P G 0.05 ,P G0.01 }. The Wuteng Analgesic Capsules of 0.6, 0. 24, 0. 1 g ·kg^-1 increased the pain threshold by physical and electrical stimulation, decreased the frequency of licking behavior in the formalin test, relieved rat arthritis induced by egg white （ P G 0.05,P G0.01}, and decreased high blood-stasis states in acute blood-stasis model rats （ P G 0.05 ,P G0.01 ）. Conclusion Wuteng Analgesic Capsules have obvious analgesic and anti-inflammation effect, and can ameliorate the blood-viscosity.
