摘　　要：网络环境对图书馆信息伦理产生了重要影响。与传统图书馆伦理相比,网络环境下图书馆信息伦理的内涵和特点均有了很大变化。保证用户平等公正地获取图书馆信息资源、保护用户信息隐私、杜绝馆员滥用信息权力是网络环境下图书馆信息伦理建设的主要任务。为此图书馆需要在资源、制度、交流、监督、教育等多个方面加强和改进工作。The network environment has important implication for the ethics in relation to library and information. In reference to traditional library ethics, the meaning of information ethics for librarians and users in the network environment has changed a great deal. The main issues of library information ethics include warranty of user＇ s equal access library information resources, protection of user＇s private information, and prevention of librarian＇s abuse of their information power. Consequently, libraries need to make adjustments and improvements in various aspects such as resources allocation, policies, communication, monitoring and education.
